Eligibility: The Ollie Limited Edition Skateboard Giveaway ("Contest") is open to residents of the United States aged 21 and over, excluding employees of Next Glass and their immediate family members. Participants must be employed or own and operate a craft brewery.

Entry Period: The Contest begins at 8:00am on April 17th, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM on May 31st, 2024. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered. Entry period may be extended.

How to Enter: To enter the Contest, participants must submit the form on getollie.com/skate. Participants may be eligible for additional entries by requesting and completing a virtual demonstration of the Ollie brewery management software and following Ollie (@get.ollie) on Instagram.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes: The prizes include:

One (1) custom Ollie branded skateboard.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email through the email address provided on their entry form. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, another winner will be selected.

Publicity: By participating in the Contest, participants grant the right to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

General Conditions: Next Glass reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions are final and binding.

Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on Ollie's (getollie.com) website.

Release: By entering the Contest, participants release and hold harmless Next Glass and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance or use of any prize.

Governing Law: The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of Next Glass, which are final and binding in all respects.
