Ollie congratulates all of the breweries that participated and were recognized during the 2024 Festival of Wood & Barrel-Aged Beers (FoBAB) Awards. Our team would love to give a special shout-out to our partner breweries that took him some hardware, which includes White Oak Brewing and Old Irving Brewing Co.
FoBAB, or the Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beer, is a renowned annual beer festival celebrating wood- and barrel-aged beers, ciders, meads, and perries. Held in Chicago, Illinois, and organized by the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild, it is one of the largest and most prestigious festivals of its kind in the United States. If you haven’t checked out FoBAB it’s a must-attend event for beer lovers who appreciate innovation, craftsmanship, and the distinct flavors that barrel aging brings to beer.
